About Me

Maybe it's an obsession of C's, but my name is Connie Ann Lapinski-Bansley, and I'm from Chicago and play Contemporary Christian music. In summer 2016, I began my first professional project, recording my album entitled The Road.

I began playing the piano at five and singing throughout my whole life. As a small child, I would sing in various church events and also around my home. My parents are the senior pastors at Back to the Cross Ministries in Orland Hills, Illinois. I played piano and sang there throughout the years, and to this day I still help lead praise and worship. God continues to open up doors in my life so that I can share the gospel of Jesus' finished work on the cross with others. Whether it was in San Diego playing and singing worship songs outside a hotel or in Texas churches, my focus is to share Jesus with others.

On June 12, 2021, I married my best friend and love of my life Cephas Bansley. Having celebrated one year of marriage, we are working for the Lord together.

The Road includes songs such as "The Altar Song," "Make Me Whole Again," and "I Am Here." Every song on the album is original. I wrote these songs through trials and experiences. I can truly say God gave me these songs.
